To register for Camp online, please complete the following steps. (If you prefer to fill out and send a paper registration packet by mail, please scroll down for instructions.)
1. Complete and submit the online Camp Registration Form at forms.gle/QZbLGwWQdsYzXUN28

2. Print out and have your child(ren)'s doctor complete and sign the Medical Examination Form, one form for each camper. The form is below. Please send the completed Medical Examination Form(s) to [email protected].

3. If your child(ren) is/are covered by medical insurance, please photograph the front and back of each relevant card and email to [email protected].
